109年度泌尿科住院醫師核心訓練課程(限有報名及繳費者參與)

活動說明：

1、報名費用：新台幣1000元整。(線上報名完畢後，學會將寄發繳費通知單至您的電子信箱，請務必於一週內繳費完畢，逾期將取消報名資格。)

2、報名期限：請於7月10日(五)前完成線上報名，報名網址：https://forms.gle/LVksxuiM77T3hPLw5　

3、上課需簽到、簽退，請勿缺課且不得遲到早退。

4、課後測驗：課後測驗60分以上者，將核發研習及格證書；未滿60分或上完課未考試者，發參加證書。報考甄審的佐證資料，以及格證書為有效證明。

5、餐飲資訊：午餐提供餐盒（素食者報到時請先跟工作人員確認），早餐、晚餐請自理。
