Pelvic Solitary Fibrous Tumor- A Case Report and Review of Literature

Abstract
This patient is a 47-year-old male had difficulty with urination and defecation for several weeks. Pelvic tumor was revealed by sonography at the clinic, he went to the hospital outpatient department. He accepted several exams, one large heterogeneous mass (9.0 x 6.4 x 8.6 cm) with central necrosis over the pelvic cavity and bladder and prostate compression was noted by abdominal CT and MRI. Then, he underwent Exp. Lap. with removal of the pelvic tumor without any complication. The pathology reported malignant solitary fibrous tumor with dedifferentiation, intermediate risk, pT2(8.6cm) N0M0 G3, margin <0.1cm, LVSI+. Now, he accepts palliative radiation therapy.
