Mantle cell lymphoma is a rare subtype of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, representing about 6–8% of adult non-Hodgkin lymphoma, typically presenting with extensive lymphadenopathy, bone marrow involvement, and splenomegaly. Extra-nodal sites can also be involved. We present a case of mantle cell lymphoma initial presented with a 2 months history of non-tender bilateral inguinal mass.

A 66-year-old male patient with history of prostate enlargement with medical control. He presented with 2 months history of non-tender bilateral inguinal mass and fatigue. In our outpatient clinic, physical examination showed bilateral inguinal movable mass without tenderness, suspect lymph nodes enlargement. The abdominal computed tomography showed diffuse abdominal lymphadenopathy in the para-aortic region, mesentery, and in the bilateral inguinal regions. Scrotal sonography showed unremarkable finding of bilateral testis. Lymph node biopsy was performed on 2021-12-23. The pathology report disclosed mantle cell lymphoma. Currently, the patient received chemotherapy treatment by oncologist.
