A male patient with metachronous triple cancers of liver,kidney and prostate

Purpose:
Triple cancer is rare. First documented case of its kind was published in 2002.
Case presentation:
The 78-year-old man's left renal pelvis has a history of Moderately differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma (Edmondson and Steiner's grade: G II), 1.8 cm at S7, and 1.7 cm at S3 tip, s/p hepatectomy over S7+S3 and cholecystectomy on 2020/06/03.
He was admitted due to AKI.Echogram and CT showed left hydronephrosis and hydroureter.Biopsy was done and Non-invasive low grade papillary urothelial cancer was diagnosed.He also received TRUS biopsy due to elevated PSA. Prostate cacner was found and MRI showed T2cN0M0.He recived laparoscopic nephroureterectomy on 112/09/22 and planned to receive radiotherapy for prostate cancer.
Conclusion:
Rare is triple cancer.
Using the literature as a guide, we address the potential causes of the triple malignancies in this instance.
