Purpose:
Urethrovesical anastomosis during Robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy using barbed suture is safe and more efficient. The aim of the study is to analyse the difference of two available absorbable barbed suture products.

Materials and Methods:
We used two barbed suture products V-loc TM and Stratafix TM during urethrovesical anastomosis during Robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy. We collected operative time,  anastomosis time, length of Foley catherization, and postoperative complications. We analysed and compared the difference of two suture products.

Results:
From October, 2015 to March, 2018, 51 patients were enrolled into the study. There were 31 patients used V-loc TM in urethrovesical anastomosis and 20 patients used Stratafix TM. The mean operative time was 90 minutes in V-loc TM and 78 minutes in Stratafix TM. The anastomosis time was 15 minutes in V-loc TM and 12 minutes in Stratafix TM. The length of Foley catherization was 7 days in both products. There were two complilcations. One patient with V-loc TM had a intraoperative complication with urinary bladder challenge leakage. One patient with Stratafix TM had postoperative complication with urethrovesical anastomosis stricture.

Conclusion:
Urethrovesical anastomosis during Robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy using barbed sutures is safe. Two products offer less complication rate and shorter anastomosis time. The anastomosis time is shorter in Stratafix TM.
