Case report: Rare case of Adrenal cortical oncocytoma found on adrenalectomy

ABSTRACT:
PATIENTS AND METHODS:
A 47 y/o woman patient, has left adrenal tumor incidental found on routine sonography. Tumor marker with VMA elevation (14.28). CT and MRI scan showed 3.0 cm left suprarenal lesion. Laparoscopic adrenalectomy done. Pathology showed adrenal cortical oncocytoma.
CONCLUSION:
The majority of adrenocortical oncocytoma with or without function are benign, and close follow-up observation is essential.
