Abstract
Small cell carcinoma of urinary bladder is a rare disease that less than 1% of all bladder tumor. Since the tumor is very rare, pathogenesis is uncertain. It has been considered as an aggressive variant of bladder carcinoma, with high incidence of distant relapse. Hematuria is the main symptom of this malignancy. The origin of the disease is unknown.
The patient came to our clinic due to progressive hematuria and was found bladder mass at LMD. The pathology of the bladder mass was small cell carcinoma. Another case was noted few years ago.
We would like to present 2 case of small cell carcinoma of urinary bladder and literatures review.
