Urogenital tuberculosis – a case report

A 34 y/o male present to outpatient clinic with right infra-inguinal mass. Physical examination revealed a para-spermatic cord, movable and firm mass. There is no other positive physical examination finding. Echo image showed as photos 1.
We had arranged surgical removal of the mass. Postoperative pathologic report granulomatous inflammation, highly suspect of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis. Thus, he was reffered for anti-TB treatment.
