CT of health check showed a 2.8*3.1*3 cm enhancing mass located at posterior aspect of urinary bladder, causing urinary bladder compression. Suspect arising from urinary bladder wall. Urine analysis showed no hematuria. TURBT was done and showed intact bladder mucosa but a huge tumor protruding into bladder, and histopathological examination showed malignant paraganglioma. Then laparoscopic tumor excision was performed and after the surgery, histopathological examination also showed malignant paraganglioma of urinary bladder.
