spotaneous renal hemorrhage case report

A 61 y/o female present with intermittent fever with night sweating and general weakness especially bilateral lower limbs. She was admitted initially under the impression of suspect pulmonary tuberculosis.
During the admission, suddenly left flank pain was developed. Physical examination revealed tarchycardia and low blood pressure. After initially ressucitation, CT of kidney was done and revealed left perirenal hematoma. Lab data revealed droped of hemoglobin and elevated serum creatinine level. Angiography with TAE was then arranged.
