個案報告:逆行性射精的藥物治療

Medical treatment of Retrograde ejaculation:A case report

Case Report: Retrograde ejaculation is a common side effect of urological medication and operation. It can cause low ejaculation volume and low sperm count and responsible to 2% of cases of subfertility. There are numerous methods to treat retrograde ejaculation, including surgical intervention, medical treatment. In medical treatment, increase bladder neck muscle tone by either sympathomimetic or anticholinergic agent. Combination of both agents can be another option. Here in we present a case of 42 y/o man suffered from retrograde ejaculation treated by clarinase with imipramine and achieved antegrade ejaculation again right away after therapy.
